Job Descriptions

CFO. Highly experienced with information systems, banking, lines of credit, lease lines, raising equity funds, familiarity with venture capital and HR issues. Solid working relationships with venture capitalists, attorneys and accounting firms. Of critical importance is the ability to consult to boards of directors, give direction to the CEO and manage teams.

Director. Responsible for all accounting, finance, credit, treasure, legal, risk management and budgeting operations for client. Possess ability to function as an advisor to senior management regarding financial, strategic and business matters and participate as a key member of the executive team.

Controller. Hands-on knowledge of accounting and computer systems, (Excel, Quickbooks Pro, etc.). Your primary role as a Controller is to advise and then implement the day-to-day financial operations of our clients. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. Auditing experience is desired.

Accountant. Perform intermediate-level accounting work and exercise professional judgment to resolve moderately complex accounting problems. Maintain accounting records for a client including the following functions: prepare entries necessary to close month end; prepare balance sheets and other reports on profit and loss, receipt and disbursements.

Finance Manager. Responsible for the management of the financial analysis and financial reporting functions for a company. This includes: internal and external financial reporting including all SEC filings and annual reports; reporting and analysis of financial performance against budgets and forecasts with variance analysis and recommendations; develop meaningful performance metrics to provide greater insight into business drivers.

Senior Financial Analyst. Individuals must have experience in preparing, implementing, interpreting and communicating financial concepts for planning, budgeting, forecasts, accounting, measurement reporting and control. Experience with business process definition/system implementation a plus. Working knowledge of database applications and of automated and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Brio) a plus.
