Mike Rose joined Macias & Ryan, Inc. ("M&R") in 1995 and has been consulting for emerging growth clients for more than eleven years. He brings broad business and financial expertise in general accounting, tax and SEC reporting, forecasting, budgeting and planning, business financing (including IPOs and private placements), as well as MIS department management, system planning and implementation.

Prior to joining M&R, Mike was the CFO at The Landsing Corporation and Controller at Hilliard Oil & Gas. Mike holds a BSC in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Kathy Ryan, one of M&R's founders, developed her extensive business and financial expertise by filling key finance posts in technology and related companies. Kathy's strengths, rooted in her functional and project management skills, are augmented by her in-depth knowledge of forecasting, budgeting and planning, general and cost accounting, system planning and implementation, as well as tax compliance and SEC reporting.

Before founding M&R, Kathy served as the Director of Finance at Quantum Corporation and as Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse. She holds a BSC in Accounting from Santa Clara University and is a CPA.

Maureen Ryan joined M&R in September 2000. She brings over 20 years of broad business experience in high technology companies. Maureen has held various positions in business development, sales, marketing, and engineering throughout her career.

Before joining M&R, Maureen was an account executive for Nortel Networks, marketing manager at Bay Networks, sales operations manager at Quantum Corporation, and a senior engineer with General Dynamics. She holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from San Jose State University and an MBA from San Diego State University.

Mike recently joined M&R and brings over twenty years of professional services experience in the management consulting and outsourcing industries. His expertise is in the areas of project and business management, business process improvement, organizational and performance assessments, and outsourcing strategies. At M&R, Mike oversees the business development and business operations for the San Diego and Southern California Region.

Prior to joining M&R, Mike was the San Diego Managing Director for Resources Connection, a Director at Municipal Financial Services, the Southern California Regional Director for Cordoba Corporation, and a Manager with Deloitte Haskins & Sells. Mike holds post-graduate degrees from Ohio State University.
